Yoga Parties!!! Yoga parties are a great way to celebrate a birthday or special occasion with your child (or inner-child)! Party activities and favors will vary depending on age but each theme is personalized for your child. Each party includes yoga, games, music and some party favors specific to the theme picked.

Kids Party Themes

Adult Yoga Parties
Celebrate your inner-child or organize a work yoga party! Adult yoga parties are geared toward the occasion with more focus on yoga and less focus on party favors (though we can arrange for those as well!) Time and associated costs are dependant upon each situation. Please email me with questions and ideas for your party.

Details

Location: I will teach yoga parties in home or away at a location of your choice. I also have studio options available as well if you would like the yoga portion of your party in-studio. I will travel outside the Seattle area for an additional travel charge. Timing: I am available for kids yoga parties Saturdays and Sundays btw. 11am and 6pm (for pre-slumber parties). Adult parties are scheduled on a case by case basis. Costs: Children's parties run $150-350 depending on theme, location and party favors (such as mats). This includes studio space if needed plus yoga fun and favors for 10 kids! Each additional child is $12. Adult party costs are dependant upon the details.
