Private yoga for Adults
	These private sessions are based on your specific needs and goals keeping the beginner yoga student in mind. Safety, proper alignment and injury prevention are key to my teaching style. It is my goal that you should feel comfortable going to a yoga class after a few private sessions should you so desire. Rates: -$65/hr (in home), $10 per each additional person -In-studio rates will differ.

Private Family Yoga

Private Family Yoga is geared toward the child. It is meant to be a fun bonding experience that introduces your child to yoga in a playful way. Simple anatomy and yoga poses are learned through a combination of games, books and creative movement most often using props (aka toys) and music. It's a fun 35 minutes of yoga followed by 10 minutes of relaxation, cuddling and foot rubs! All private family yoga sessions are held at your home. Rates: -1adult/1kid: $40 -1adult/2kids: $45 -2adults/2kids: $50 Please email about different configurations!
